Virtual memberships are among Co-Fe’s most flexible and low-priced offerings. Virtual members enjoy the use of the Studio D “open seat/commons area” one day a month, access to meeting rooms 1.5 hours per month, as well as a mailbox and package receipt service.

MEETING ROOM MEMBERSHIP

A meeting room membership affords members the opportunity to utilize Co-Fe's meeting rooms eight hours a month. Meeting room members can take advantage of Co-Fe’s “East Room” — a space that supports Zoom Room functionality for remote meetings and webinars — as well as the Board Room. Co-Fe’s meeting rooms are equipped with a high speed wifi connection (440 Mbs+) and a 1GBs ethernet connection, a 55-inch flatscreen TV with an Apple TV or HDMI cable connection, a dedicated conference phone, beautiful tables and comfortable chairs.

MULTI-DAY FLEX PASS

A multi-day flex pass is available to residents and visitors to Santa Fe who need access to a well-appointed and well-serviced workspace for a user-selected number of days each month. In order to abide by CDC and New Mexico State Health Directives, new Multi-Day Flex Passes are not available until further notice. Existing flex members have access rights without restriction.

OPEN SEAT MEMBERSHIP

Open Seat members work around a large conference table, on comfortable stools surrounding the kitchen island, or in the lounge. They benefit from 400 Mbs+ broadband internet, 6 hours per month use of our conference rooms, access to sound-protected telephone booths, and kitchen privileges (including free coffee, tea and snacks).

DEDICATED DESKS

Dedicated Desk members enjoy the use of a dedicated state-of-the-art programmable bamboo-topped sit-stand desk, Steelcase Leap chair, and lockable cabinet. They enjoy ethernet-ready broadband, 24/7 access, 10 hours per month in our conference rooms, quiet telephone booths, and kitchen access (including free coffee, tea, and snacks). Desks range in size from 48”x30” to 60”x30”.

PRIVATE OFFICE

Members associated with our Private Office offering enjoy the privacy and security of a beautifully appointed workspace. Offices are furnished with a state-of-the-art sit/stand desk, Steelcase Leap chair and task lamp. Private office members benefit from 1GBs ethernet broadband, 24/7 access, 14 hours per month of conference room access, quiet telephone booths, and full kitchen access (including free coffee, tea, and snacks).
